We have clients for whom we only prepare tax returns on a yearly basis, and we have clients that we observe financially throughout the year. We work closely with businesses, individuals, trusts, estates and not-for-profit organizations. We prepare all federal, state and local returns for businesses and individuals. We can electronically file all federal returns and many state returns. We stay current with new tax laws to help minimize tax liabilities. Our entire staff is registered with the IRS.

Estate and financial planning
We offer estate and financial planning for individuals and small businesses through our affiliate, Integrated Wealth Management, LLC at http://www.myiwm.com/. We offer money management, insurance and other financial services.

Financial reporting
We prepare financial statements (both compilation and review) on an interim and annual basis. Shareholders, creditors and private investors want to feel that the financial position of your business is accurately represented.

Entity formation
If you are interested in starting a new business, or re-organizing an existing business, we can advise you as to which type of business entity will fit your financial and tax needs. We will assist you with your state and federal filings to provide a problem-free setup.

Accounting and bookkeeping
Our firm uses a wide variety of products to handle your accounting on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We prepare bank reconciliations, maintain general and subsidiary ledgers and suggest adjustments in order to provide an accurate representation of your company. We use QuickBooks, both Pro and Enterprise Solutions, and Peachtree in-house. We are also knowledgeable in other software systems according to the needs of our clients.

Payroll services
We offer full payroll services on a weekly, biweekly, quarterly and annual basis. We prepare the required forms to file with the IRS and state agencies. We also prepare and e-file Forms 1099. We electronically cross-check names and Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) before e-filing 1099's to avoid IRS notices about TIN/name discrepancies.

Our staff is highly trained and proficient in QuickBooks applications and can provide answers to your questions.

IRS correspondence
We can resolve IRS issues by writing a letter and providing the information they requested or by contacting the IRS on your behalf.
